With a combined total of 80 years plus experience from Charles Pace and David Sagar in the design and construction and or project management of both new and old residential and commercial projects.
We offer a detailed report as to any building or construction issues – whether for the purposes of buying or selling a property, or that of reducing any potential maintenance costs.
As experienced builders or construction supervisors, we know first-hand what building issues that may arise due to poor construction or lack of maintenance.
We are also recognised by the Masters Builders Association for major restoration to historical buildings.

Our Fees
Depending on scope of works, i.e., a large commercial building or dwelling will require more time as opposed to a small or medium sized building.
Approximate costs for an inspection and report of the building structural integrity only – Based on age, design, and easy access or location
A one bed one bath dwelling for example, starting at $480.00
A single level 3 bed 2 bath dwelling, starting at $580.00
A two level 4 bed 3 bath dwelling, starting at $680.00
A two or three level dwelling comprising of multiple rooms, starting at $880.00
A small commercial structure such as three shops for example, starting at $1200.00

Detailed Structural and Cosmetic Report
A separate detailed report for either a new or old build that includes both a standard structural integrity report and cosmetic issues such as minor defects or scratches etc. can be included if requested although will entail more time to conduct, i.e. an increase in fees.
